Phase 1 Complete on This Statesville Factory Restroom Remodel

We just wrapped up Phase 1 on this large-scale commercial restroom remodel at a local factory here in Statesville - and it's already looking sharp. This is the kind of work that goes way beyond what most people picture when they think of bathroom remodeling. Industrial facilities have completely different demands. High traffic, rough daily use, and a need for materials that can actually hold up over time.

That's exactly why we went with powder-coated metal partitions for this one. The coating process fuses the finish directly to the metal, which means it resists chipping, corrosion, and the kind of wear you'd expect in a busy factory setting. These aren't the flimsy stall dividers you see fall apart after a year or two. They're built to last.

What we ended up with after Phase 1 is a clean, functional layout with everything properly set and aligned. The stall hardware - hinges, latches, door hooks - is all chrome and fitted tight. The floors are prepped and staged for what's coming in Phase 2. It's the kind of mid-project progress that tells you the finish line is going to look really good.

Commercial remodeling at this scale takes serious coordination. You've got fixtures, partitions, flooring, and mechanical all moving at the same time. Getting Phase 1 done clean and on schedule keeps everything else on track - and that matters a lot when a business needs their facility back up and running.
